McMahon must follow Mulkey’s recruiting plan

No more than 3,000 fans found their way to the PMAC for the LSU men’s basketball team’s last two games against Alabama State and Lamar.

The crowd will certainly not be any larger Friday night when the Tigers conclude their non-conference schedule against Northwestern State. LSU is a huge favorite to finish its pre-Southeastern Conference with a victory over the Demons and improve the record to 8-5.

But, there is virtually no buzz surrounding coach Matt McMahon’s team.
