The first wave of football roster changes is over.

The transfer portal is closed except for players at Alabama due to the retirement of coach Nick Saban. The deadline for players making themselves eligible for the NFL draft has passed.

LSU can sign players who are in the transfer portal. The February signing date is a little more than two weeks away. The next time the transfer portal opens will occur in May after spring football practice has ended for all teams.
