Resiliency finally pays off for McMahon’s team

On five previous occasions this season, the LSU men’s basketball team made an impressive comeback.

However, the Tigers had nothing to show for those rallies. LSU ended up with five defeats – at the hands of Nicholls State, Texas, Auburn, Georgia and Florida.

On Saturday afternoon against nationally-ranked South Carolina at Columbia, the Tigers were staging yet another rally. This time, the second-half outburst paid dividends on the scoreboard.
