Questions still surrounding LSU baseball team

Eight games against mediocre opposition have not really provided answers to some of the concerns involving the 2024 LSU baseball team.

The Tigers won seven games at The Box – splitting two games with Stony Brook while sweeping a pair of games from VMI, Central Arkansas and Northern Illinois. In only three of the seven victories did LSU easily dispatch the opponent.

The early returns have not been filled with surprises. Pitching depth was expected to be the strength of this Tigers squad.
