BREAKING: 7-foot center Noyah Boyed signs with LSU

LSU head men's basketball coach Matt McMahon and his Tigers program has added junior college 7-foot center Noyah Boyed to the program.

Boyed of McCook Community College originally signed with Baylor but got out of his national letter of intent.

He chose LSU over Wisconsin, Oregon, Minnesota and others.  He is originally from the island of St. Lucia.

This past season, Boyed averaged 11 points and 8.5 rebounds per game on 57-percent shooting.
