October will tell all for Tigers

Normally, LSU’s football games in October set the stage for the all-important matchup with Alabama.

Despite being upset at Vanderbilt on Saturday, the Crimson Tide still seems to be a contender for Southeastern Conference title and a College Football Playoff berth as the 2024 regular season reaches the halfway point.

However, the Tigers postseason status will probably be settled before their November 9 meeting with Alabama.
