LSU football season a little less than expected

LSU coach Brian Kelly’s message at his press conference following Saturday’s game against Oklahoma was quite positive.

Kelly referred to the number of first-year freshmen who played defense in the Tigers’ 20-point victory over the Sooners. Kelly also stressed how LSU bounced back with a couple of victories on the heels of a three-game losing streak.

Finally, Kelly indicated that the Tigers are on the path to a national championship.
