BIG opportunity for LSU freshmen in Texas Bowl

On numerous occasions during the final month of the regular season, LSU coach Brian Kelly emphasized how well quite a few first-year freshmen had played.

Seven true freshmen started at least one game for the Tigers – not including kicker Aeron Burrell. Two other first-year freshmen made no starts, but they participated in at least nine games.

When LSU takes on Baylor in the Texas Bowl on Tuesday, a spotlight can be placed on these members of the 2024 signing class.
