LSU Baseball Preview: Transfers

LSU will open the 2025 season February 14 against Purdue Fort Wayne at The Box. This is the second of a three-part series previewing the Tigers team.
 

LSU baseball coach Jay Johnson was praised for his work in the transfer portal following the 2024 season,

Johnson brought in ten players from other Division I schools. Three of the five position players are career .300 hitters – Daniel Dickinson, Luis Hernandez and Dalton Beck.
