Time for Mulkey to get her team healthy for NCAA tourney

The calendar has turned from February to March, so postseason college basketball is at hand.

The Southeastern Conference women’s tournament will begin in Greenville (S.C.) on Wednesday. LSU, which finished third in the regular-season standings behind co-champions South Carolina and Texas, will not play until Friday’s quarterfinals.

The SEC men’s regular season schedule will end Saturday. Auburn, the No. 1 team in the country, has already clinched the outright league title.
