Mulkey seeking some pieces in transfer portal

Four seasons as LSU women’s basketball coach has meant four NCAA tournament appearances for Kim Mulkey.

Obviously, the highlight occurred two years ago when the Tigers defeated Iowa to win the national championship.

In the other three seasons, LSU failed to reach the Final Four – Mulkey’s desired goal for the program. The Tigers lost to Ohio State in a second-round game at the PMAC in Mulkey’s first campaign.
