Most accomplished LSU transfers are DBs

LSU has not produced the same caliber of defensive backs as was the case more than five years ago.

Derek Stingley was the only Tigers defensive back in recent seasons to have made a major impact in the NFL. LSU returns a number experienced defensive backs, including starters Ashton Stamps and Jardin Gilbert.

However, Gilbert is the only returning defensive back with an interception for the Tigers.
