Player acquisition for the LSU women’s basketball team is over.

Tigers coach Kim Mulkey lost seven players from her 2025 team whose season ended with a loss to UCLA in the regional finals. LSU brought in eight players – three transfers and five high school seniors. The Tigers will have just four returnees for next season.

Mulkey’s first four seasons as LSU coach have been a success – winning a national title in 2023.
