Those indispensable LSU baseball sophomores

Much of the talk about LSU’s success this season has involved the transfer portal players and the freshmen.

Four transfers from four-year schools are normally in the starting lineup – centerfielder Chris Stanfield, second baseman Daniel Dickinson, third baseman Michael Braswell and catcher Luis Hernandez.

Two transfer portal pitchers – Anthony Eyanson and Zac Cowan – earned All-Southeastern Conference honors.
