Two weeks into the season, LSU’s running game is drawing much attention.
The numbers are not pretty.
The Tigers’ top two rushers – Caden Durham and Harlem Berry – have gained just 160 yards on 37 carries. So, Durham and Berry are averaging 4.3 yards per attempt.
LSU’s top two running backs have not averaged so few yards per carry over the last ten seasons. In 2018, Nick Brossette and Clyde Edwards-Helaire averaged 4.
