LSU’s path to the College Football Playoffs is not difficult to explain.

The Tigers must close the regular season with a five-game streak. Now, successfully navigating that path is not easy. First up is undefeated and third-ranked Texas A&M in Tiger Stadium on Saturday night.

The Aggies have won their first seven games, but only one of those defeated opponents could be classified as CFP contender – Notre Dame. Texas A&M edged the Fighting Irish 41-40 in South Bend.
