Some three months ago, LSU was expecting to solidify its chances for reaching the College Football Playoffs in the regular-season finale at Oklahoma.

Well, a team will be in this position when the Tigers and Sooners tangle Saturday afternoon in Norman. However, that team is Oklahoma. The Sooners have put themselves one victory away from being a CFP team by winning road games against Tennessee and Alabama in November.
