Four years ago, LSU Director of Athletics Scott Woodward hired a coach who had just completed an 11-1 regular season.

On Sunday, LSU Director of Athletics Verge Ausberry hired a coach who just completed an 11-1 regular season.

Woodward named Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly as Ed Orgeron’s replacement. Ausberry named Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin as Kelly’s replacement.
