LSU football needs more work in the transfer portal

The football transfer portal has been open for ten days.

So, there is less than one week for individuals to indicate their desire to transfer to another school.

New LSU coach Lane Kiffin must utilize the transfer portal if his team is going to significantly improve last season’s 7-6 record, including a 4-4 Southeastern Conference mark.

More than 30 players who still had eligibility have left the LSU program – all but two having entered the transfer portal.
