Little stability at top of SEC football coaching staffs

Spring football practice at LSU will not begin until late March.

New head coach Lane Kiffin and his staff probably needs time to develop some connection with the numerous transfers entering the Tigers’ program. Another reason may involve the university’s academic calendar. Spring break will be over when spring drills start.

There is much work occurring at most of the Southeastern Conference football programs during February.
