Nice start for LSU baseball

No one expected LSU to lose one of its first four games at The Box to open the 2026 season.

The Tigers took care of business and won all four games although they cruised from start to finish only in the series finale against Milwaukee.

The Panthers had a lead over LSU midway through the season opener Friday. Then, Milwaukee had the tying runs on base in the ninth inning of the second game of the series.
