Time for LSU to turn the corner

LSU and Vanderbilt have been two of the most successful college baseball programs in the country over the last 20 years.

The Tigers have appeared in each of the last 13 NCAA tournaments. On five occasions in that stretch, LSU reached the College World Series. The Tigers won national championships in 2023 and 2025 and finished second in 2017.

The Commodores have appeared in each of the last 19 NCAA tournaments. Vanderbilt also reached the CWS five times in that stretch.
