Answers and questions for LSU basketball teams

The arrival of Selection Sunday produced different ramifications for LSU’s two basketball teams.

Coach Kim Mulkey’s women’s team received answers as regards the next few weeks.

The Tigers are a No. 2 seed – meaning first and second-round games at the PMAC. Then, LSU will be off to Sacramento (Cal.) for the regional semifinals and, possibly, regional finals.

LSU will face Jacksonville in a first-round game Friday.
