NFL draft shows LSU was an underachieving team

Nothing is a more accurate barometer of a college football team than the NFL draft.

 

Veteran players with talent are the individuals drafted by professional football organizations. Experience and skill are two meaningful qualities for a successful college football team.

 

LSU finished the 2025 season with a 7-6 record, including a 3-5 mark against Southeastern Conference opponents. Nine SEC teams won more than seven games last season.
