The first season of the nine-game Southeastern Conference football schedule has not produced a significant advantage for any team.

Of course, some teams have five conference home games – Arkansas, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee. Only Ole Miss is considered a series contender for a College Football Playoff berth.

Of course, some teams have five conference road games – Alabama, Kentucky, LSU, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt.
