Could LSU make CFP history at 9-3? Strength of schedule may hold the key

LSU’s season opener against Clemson is now less than one week away.

It is a good thing that teams do not have to submit their rosters for the season until one day before the first game. LSU will not know which players will be eligible until legal proceedings conclude Thursday in a Baton Rouge courtroom.

LSU could still add anywhere from three to five players before this Saturday night. Certainly, these possible additions will have no effect on this week’s game against Clemson.
