During the summer, offensive coordinator Steve Ensminger said that LSU’s second most favorite formation in 2018 would consist of two wide receivers and two tight ends.

To run the football out of the shotgun, an offense needs a second tight end – lining up in the backfield as an H-Back or on the line. Now, injuries are causing a huge problem at the tight end position.

Foster Moreau is a returning starter at tight end.
