LSU must find a pass rush

Most people came to Tiger Stadium on Saturday expecting to get a good look at LSU’s young players.

The Tigers were expected to easily take care of business against Northwestern State, a FCS team which lost by more than three touchdowns to a Division II school a week ago.

The LSU backup players did get on the field, but not for as many snaps as desired. The Tigers needed a defensive stand and missed field goal to have more than just a seven-point lead at halftime.
