In less than one week, LSU will begin preseason practice for the 2018 football campaign.

The Tigers have not won a Southeastern Conference championship since 2011. LSU has not won ten regular season games and seriously contended for the SEC West title since 2012.

During the last five years, the Tigers have been good. However, they have fallen a significant step behind Alabama. LSU has been in a group of three SEC teams attempting to become the Crimson Tide’s top challenger.
