LSU-Rice preview

LSU’s non-conference schedule has taken a familiar look the past few years.

The Tigers normally play one team from another power conference, one FCS team and two FBS teams not in a power conference. LSU has never lost to a FCS school. The Tigers defeated Southeastern Louisiana 31-0 earlier this season.

LSU has a near perfect record against non-power conference FBS teams since the beginning of the 2000 season.
