Logan and Fehoko ready to step up

Christian LaCouture and Greg Gilmore had career years as fifth-year senior defensive linemen for LSU in 2017.

LaCouture, who started at defensive end, was responsible for 66 tackles, including 8½ behind the line of scrimmage. Gilmore, the Tigers’ No. 1 nose tackle, was credited with 53 tackles, including ten for losses. Gilmore registered 7½ sacks, while LaCouture chipped in with six.

LaCouture and Gilmore are trying to earn NFL roster spots this August.
